Smile , Beautiful Spring Sunshine
Graditude such a big word but so simple to have. What are you grateful for today?
Celebrate several fun holidays this week:
Beverage Day on May 6th, Lost Socks Memorial Day May 9th, Clean Up Your Room Day May 10th and Eat What You Want Day May 11th. I really like, " Dance Like a Chicken Day" May 14th.
Trivia: Did you know that if you use 108" fabric for binding you would only need 1/4 yard for a queen size quilt.
Fun New Arrivals: What could you make with these?
108" wide Arabesque
Saddle stool have arrived. If you have been thinking about getting one you will not be disappointed. Mother's Day is Sunday.
Clue 6:
Assemble the blocks- yes, we are really there!
Arrange the units into three rows of three. Note the fabric placement and block orientation in the picture.
-Sew the squares together to form the rows. Press the seams towards the HSTs.
-Sew the rows together, nesting the seams and pressing the seams to one side to form the block.
-The resulting block should measure 9 1/2" square. Repeat to make a total of forty-two blocks.
Happy Quilting,
